We have one of the most modern production facilities in the Baltic's. Expansion of the facilities includes two new laser/CNC milling machines (up to 3000 × 2000 mm), new hot bending machines, polishing equipment and an additional production area of about 1000 square meters.

We use a method of line bending to form a bend in the acrylic sheet. Line bending involves heating the material along a line, using a heating element. The plastic softens as it heats, allowing it to be bent. As the plastic cools it will retain its shape. Multi-beam line benders up to 2000m in length provide an ideal resource for high production runs and offers a cost efficient process for numerous simultaneous bends.
1600mm roll printer. We use this one to produce roll-up banners, POP ups, stickers, illuminated messages etc.
UV Flatbed printer. Any flat surface can be printed with this machine – acrylics, glass, wood, foam PVC, composite panels, etc. In addition to standard CMYK it has also LC, LM and white colours to provide the biggest range of colour shades.
Laser cutting machine provides very precise cuts for materials as PET, acrylic glass,veneer or other. Maximum cutting area is 1600x 2200 mm. This method allows to cut the most detailed and intricate of shapes. When panels are laser cut this offers you an excellent crystal clear polished finish. Our new machines can also engrave using our laser cutters, offering a cost effective method of branding.
CNC router (Computer Numerical Control router) is a computer-controlled cutting machine used for cutting various hard materials, such as wood, composites, aluminium, steel, plastics, and foams. CNC routers can perform the tasks of many carpentry shop machines such as the panel saw, the spindle moulder and the boring machine. Maximum cutting area 3050 x 2050 mm.
This diamond polishing machine is suitable for the polishing of acrylic with a maximum thickness of 80 mm with a clear, high quality finish. Single or mulitple workpieces are fed across a special diamond cutter mounted on a high speed super precise spindle.
Gluing for assembly of plastic parts is an effective method of making permanent connections. This method produces esthetic clean looking joints with low weight and sufficiently strong connections. In order to achieve a strong bond, it is important that the selection of the glue, the application technique and the shape of the connection are all integral parts of the design process.
Plotting is used with adhesive foils, so achieve results that can't be achieved by printing due to colour range or order quantity.
